SHARON DREW REQUESTED CLASS IN USE OF UUFBR GOOGLE DOCS
I requested help in accessing information on Google docs at UUFBR.
Rajeev Arora volunteered to lead a class about this on Saturday, July 11, from 10-12 AM in the Parker room at UUFBR.
We thought that this a good opportunity for more than one person-there are at least a few who might like to learn how to join a small group of 5-6 people and listen and learn by doing. Each would need a laptop or I-pad to work with and note taking material. Also, Google docs participants must have a g-mail address.
The class will include the visitor listing and how access, find particular names, rearrange entries, add additional information etc.
There are some restrictions but it could allow access to member and friends lists, calendars, minutes from various meetings, rental costs for Sharex, etc.
